Yeap, confirmed this poor woman had died recently due to some illness. Met a friend over the weekend. His bookie also had a romp with Joan as the husband continue to bet on her body after the 7 days episode. So she was very unfortunate to marry such a man with friends who "wanted" her as well.

Stranger things have happen ; personally witness an enraged husband throwing punches at his own wife. Luckily he was restrained by his own friends before permanent damage was done. The wife too was damn chio.

Our group have this unspoken rule, that is if any of the guys brings a girl, especially 1 girl to our group gathering, it would be off limits? That is even extended to if the guy denies having a relationship going. The reason is simply most often than not, that guy must surely trust the girl to let her join our group gathering, the group that is as close as the band of brothers. And most often than not, historically, all those who brought any females to the group gatherings eventually will become the girlfriend/wife. The exception to this unspoken rule is that, should it be out of courtesy, if a particular guy should take a fancy to a particular girl, he would ask for permission or at least get a good hold on information from the guy who brought the girl along to the gathering. Isn't that the most basic, honourable, standard thing to do?

But with this marketing gimmicky asshole, I brought my ex-colleague along a x'mas party a particular year, everybody in the gathering thought that she must be my girlfriend or target even I didn't need to explain much, but this asshole hit on my colleague, fine with me. It didn't bother me at all, so much so that I find it rather funny that 2 of my other friends even pulled this asshole aside to sorta sound him off not to go to far, that asshole says he knows his limit etc all that bullshit.

Behind my back, that asshole, asked my ex-colleague out on a date. I brought my ex-colleague to the following New Year's count down celebration party 5 days later, and that asshole at the end took off with my ex-colleague and beded her. While my ex-colleague asked me to call her after the count down to send her back, but thereafter when I tried, her phone is off. Made me worried what the hell happened to her. But the next day back at work, I saw her ok ley, we didn't talk much because working in different department but seems like she's fine.

Now the funny thing is, this colleague of mine, is rather weird when I later come to think about it, because since after New Year, she kept hinting to me that she have done something outrageous. I am that kind of guy, if you want to tell me something, just put it to me straight and don't need to beat around the bush. So after dunno whether my colleague deliberately repeatedly trying to hint to me or what, I finally tell her to just give it to me straight and she blurted out the whole story to me, and I thought she was rather explicit about it, almost leaving nothing to imagination. She even say, her after thoughts was she treated it as a one night stand?

Now, I seriously was not jealous or even bother about the ex-colleague, because I realise she must have been itchy or what, and for the simple reason, which I couldn't rationalise that any decent girl would do it, that only knowing a guy since x'mas to new year, which is only 5 days, she would go to bed with him? She's a big girl, she can choose whatever she wants, but I can't understand why she gone thru so much trouble afterwards to hint to me and ever tell me explicit details of what she and that asshole did? To spite me? What for? But I guess it is normal to some people, and mind you, that asshole friend is honestly not a handsome in anyway, acts cocky, is short fat and ugly, but probably that's what about him that attracted my ex-colleague I guess...but I decided not to waste my time to dwell any further.

The ending is not important, just simply that my buddy got to know about it and confronted that asshole, my buddy's girlfriend even warned my buddy before that she didn't get any good vibes from that asshole, seems to be a person not to be trusted. I really appreciate my buddy for standing up for me. That asshole sorta apologised to me, but it doesn't mean anything to me anyway because I find him not trust worthy at all, and I told him that it's not me whom he owes an apology or need forgiveness from me. It is whether he can forgive himself, and I hope he can overcome his own demons that whenever he has got a girlfriend that he really likes later on, I sincerely hope he has got a clear conscience.

I try not to put a moral to my story, nor do I have a lesson for anybody to take away. But all I want to say is, the reason I am angered by this incident is, I was shit pissed at this asshole who preached what brotherhood and yet do exactly the opposite, he really dirtied and cheapen the meaning of the notion, but I do thank him for teaching me a valuable lesson in life. That is, brotherhood and all that crap talk and even the notion, is just bullshit. All I know is, if you know what kinda person you are, and you stick by your guns, you're good enough, and no need to use whatever brotherhod crap as a hookline.

So if anybody were to ask me, myself included, anybody can throw whatever brotherhood shit talk all aside when presented the opportunity, as long as I know inside what I am, that's good enough, I've got nothing to proof to anybody whatsoever. So whoever it is, don't need to preach about what brotherhood and won't touch your friend's girlfriend, save it for some movie script.
