What a mess. Rewind 20 years ago at fire disco, dancing with my friends and some guy kept knocking the head of my tallest friend who's about 1.8m. My friend is quite mild-mannered and did not retaliate. Found out later this is not the first time it happened as the leader of the other group had his advances spurned by a girl in our group. Their group was too big for us to take on even if we wanted to, so though we did no wrong, we just quietly left the club and headed elsewhere. Go back even further in time during primary school days, I remember some of classmates had some issue with this rich kid who was driven to school in his dad's sports car. He had a personal hairdresser I think and always had the latest haircut. He did nothing to us but sometimes we just don't like the way he talks, not his fault probably, I mean we grew up in 3-4room flats while he grow up in three storey landed house 20 times the size of our homes, had two dogs, 6 cats, a rabbit and a whole load of hamsters and all the latest toys and some jacuzzi in the back garden. We went to his birthday party not cos we like him but just to see where he came from. We didn't like the teacher always praise him in class and finally the last straw came when he bought this nice pair of white converse shoes and wore it to school when we all wearing panda brand. So we caught him, stripped him and threw his shoes into a muddy pond at the back of the school. My point is, men are just bound to fight over sometimes petty things - jealousy, insecurity, over inflated egos and just sometimes people think they're big time gangster with a lot of backing so can just bully around. We wish it didn't happen, but can't be helped much I guess. Everyone thinks they're right. But appreciate you bro for advocating peace. This forum really too much fights and the helpful info is less and less sadly.

I suggest gahmen limit all contracts to 1 yr
As I see it, only reason for having geylang is to keep social order. If got variety and service in legal house, then cheongsters don't go freelance so much. 2 yrs is too long. Girl get tired, service drop, they squat around or they go home suddenly. House unprepared, caught shorthanded. Cheongsters now roam the streets, looking for walkers.
I say gahmen pls limit all contracts to 1 yr. Then girl know time short, work hard, make money, everyone happy. House look for new girls and have steady supply every year. Gahmen is smart : now got legal viet house, competition, also no need so many viet walkers around. Say no to trafficking too. So gahmen listen: be smarter and make all contracts one yr okay?
