2 weeks since d last post here ... wonder whr r d regulars??? new playground? me not been there for more than 1/2 year oredi ... wonder how's the scene like?

anyway, to touch on the main issue, today there was a short article in ST on the human trafficking of Viets, tricked into working in SG as bar hostesses n prostitutes. the pubs in JC n GL had been identified as their hunting grounds. for our regulars here who visit these holy grounds, do chiong at yr own risks. u may say, dun be so kiasee lah but i juz dun feel comfy seeing such article in ST n thinking the matas will do nothing. esp when Elections is round the corner. if u guys remembr, the MP for JC very on one. that time there was also a report on the sleazy massage joints along JC (cant recall if it was in ST or tv). not long after, the joints were wiped out cleanly.

better be safe than sorry bros. maybe good to lie low for a while.

This place is still hot with some new stocks. Just heard that they had extend their license for 1 more year.

I don't see any risk in chionging this place unless you smoke inside while NEA come visit.

I agree with you that JC will be wipe out very soon. An apartment is being build right next to a stretch of pubs (bunker, V, pebbles, echo, sbox). Before the residents move in, this area need to change.

Went to m51 recently but not much action..

We saw Mask and decided to head in, was quite pack at about 10:30pm, so had to wait awhile for table. It's a two story pub, first floor is the main area with the DJ and pole dance area, something like 51 Jazzy. Second floor is the KTV area where people book their songs and sing.
I find that the quality of the girls there are not as good as Jazzy, only a handful of good looking ones. But one of the dancer there wearing the santa skirt damn hot.
Overall I think that the ambience of the place is quite nice, music is a mix of techno, rnb and canto pop. Drinks are cheap too, one jug of beer only $21.

Now the Price of 1 jug is around $30++.Girl there like monster.

seems like this thread is quiet these days. many of the old bird regulars here have stopped posting. wonder too if the pubs along Mask stretch still enjoy a large crowd like last time and the quality/quantity of gals now?

Still quite crowded. In fact, impossible to get table after 10. Girls range from "uurrghhh" to "nice, not bad"
