If i receive money from donor, i would spend it on basic food and water. After some time my pocket left with no money for donor to take back.

but i can click the reputation icon but when i try to add, i see still not successful.

inorder to have up/neg others successfully
you need to have a rep power of > 0

and inorder to have rep power > 0
you need 40 rep points.
