Yesterday, I went down to Chinatown for lunch. Went to a shopping centre with a basement and had lunch there.

After lunch, I just walked around and walked pass a TN. The lady saw me and keep asking me for an-mo. Asked her how much, standard $20 for 30 min. Told her a bit exp leh (hahaha), she said never mind, can extend for 15 min with no extra charges, so it's like $20 for 45min

She asked me on or not ? Then inside the shop, I asked her about extra. Quoted 50/80/100. I pretended to be very shock, told her very exp. Then she said me how much. Told her max is 20 for H and 60 for F.

And guess what ? She said OK !!!!

In the end, LL take the H services. She keep asking me to take the full, told her not enough money. She asked me what do I have in wallet. Bluff her only $70. The she suprised me that she said OK !!! So it's like $50 for F

As I'm not prepared for such response and also still during working hours, told her I still need $10 to take taxi to meet client, so it's only like $20 for entrance and max $40 for anything.

Then she said, cannot too low ... (Heng ! if she said OK, I also dunno what excuse to use )

During the session, I asked her about how's the biz, she said very very bad. Seems like customers all disappeared recently (maybe due to our plan )

So in the end, it's $20+20 for me and it's like 35-40 min session ....

2nd week of our campaign !

During my session yesterday (SORRY !!!! I broke my promise as the price is very very low . Can't think of more excuse to reject as she keeps lowering the price), I observed that prices can be very low if you neg. If you don't neg, of course, they will act blur and stick to original prices.

If you ask for lower prices, they are very willing to do so. They know that gone are those days with 50 for HJ.

In the joint, I went there, chatted with the lady and she said biz very bad recently. Rental was like $2000 per month and hence, I think they need at least 80-100 per day to cover the costs.

Hence, they're now more than willing to accept lesser than no business.

I think we should start on CBD areas (Central & South of Singapore) as usually these are the ones which are too expensive.

2. We'll monitor for 3 weeks (starting from 30 Mar) and decide the next action in that week. Will decide whether to focus on East, West or other zones. If some places in (2) still charge high places, we can include them in for another month when we include another zone.

Everyone agrees ? If yes, once again, spread the message across.

I visited a TN in YCK yesterday. The entrance fee is still 30 bucks but the nego with the girl was very fruitful. Biz is bad for them with few customers. I bargain a FJ for 70 but only take up the HJ at 35. Will be back for more bargaining soon.

When she signals you, reject her and tell her that you're going to a nearby TN as they provide much lower prices.
