actually before you decided to write everything out, do you do a mental and emotional prep before you start? In case of a emotional overflow from remembering the past?

Well, to be honest, I didn't at first. I sorta figured I'd just share some of my experiences. As it turns out, the words just flowed from my fingers. Some parts were harder to write than others, but I never felt the emotional overflow aspect until AFTER I'm done writing that particular entry. Okay, some happened during, but I grit my teeth and kept on writing til it was finished before I got all emotional.

icic... but i believe when you got over all the emotional spillover, when you look back at the story, it really becomes a story and eventually it becomes nothing but a story. All the best to you bro!

solarflare, writing the story was apparently very good for me. I guess I just needed to let it all out, especially the last bit on the crazy ex. You are right, it has became just a story to me now...

I am actually better than ever! Thanks to laying out my feelings, I found myself able to open my heart again, and now have a new girl in my life. I am happier than ever, and it's been a great time for me, so I guess I should thank sbf and my readers for their continued support and encouragement!

i have always felt that, writing is one of the best way to let loose emotions and look at things in another POV.
