Kanasai I checked all the days I wanted dun have promo prices, only Hot Fares as per normal those days that I can get but the timings like shit like 8am come back from HCM

Not in this industry so no idea but logically I do not think so as no incentive for them to offer better rates to the general public if got big clients since this kinda of business is not like selling durians you know one lower prices the other starts to compete even lower liao

If you have much bigger amounts to change then maybe you can try to negotiate for better rates, this I have seen before at the counter but bladdy idiot hold up the whole queue cause the guy pass the negotiation to the aunty then both of them also stuck there tokking instead of taking other clients

It doesn't really matters where or what they are, even in ulu ulu provinces you will have some families having home businesses selling makan & such When I was in their industrial area there are surprisingly many enterprising Wetnamese hawking direct home cooked meals delivered daily also

Food & amenities is never an issue, its those "interesting" places that are not everywhere but I doubt KT have time to visit also

I wasn't referring to the big amount...anyway sometimes we got fantastic rate on weekend that we dun believe...but the rates at several locations similar because the money changer told us their client wanted foreign currency fast and willing to offer higher than market rate for big amount and big notes...anyway not important...
