You can try your luck on WeChat, MoMo, or QQ, searching around your location. You should be able to find some. There are various saunas to go, of course. Or you can call agencies for room service. I have had pretty decent luck with a couple of agencies unforgettableshanghai.blog.com and aliceinshanghai.blog.com lately. In fact I just finished a good time with a SYT from the first one, shower together, painting, bbbj, fj. She even took a pic of herself for me.
