I work in a social service sector and you can imagine the number of ‘old maids’ I met in my area of work. They are exactly the way all bros here described as - boring, no social life, grumpy, vindictive, bootlickers etc. My EQ is pretty high so from time to time, I will agree with them in order to survive in this environment.

You MUST compliment them on their *roll eyes* dressing, work attitude and professionalism to score points. For some absurd reason, these compliments fills the empty void in their emotions.
