Bro nowadays it's quite risky to operate around KL without enough "cover" There's a few places now which can provide shelter for your friend. Problem is with the over populated choices now i'm not sure if your "friend" can compete with others in the market now. I got a few places which I quite frequent which can intro her. Most important is your friend prefers to work in what kind of environment ? KTV ? Pubs ? LSB ? Or 141 style ?

Or u can always bring her over to JB and survey around those streets of LSB n pubs. It's been years I never visit JB but i'm sure with demand there's always supply there.
