Today got a question to ask (hope it not a stupid question).
If a guy can last very long during HJ does that mean he is able to last longer during sex? Or if a guy can last very long during BJ with cap on, does that mean he is able to last longer during sex? Does HJ or BJ make a guy cum faster or having sex make a guy cum faster? What is the normal timing for a guy to last during HJ or BJ? I able to masturbate of 10-15min each time with hand but every time I tried using a sex toy, I cum within a minutes or even lesses time. |

I use Fleshlight Sex Toy. Threw it away very long time ago as I find it useless. As for excises method you mention, I use to practice also but find no use so I also stop very long time ago. I think there is one time my friend told me the excise is not good for the prostate.

Reduce Stress, & Get a Good Night’s Sleep:
Remember the old saying “walk it off”? It really does work. As stupid and useless as it sounds, men need to stop putting off their daily neighborhood walk. When you go out to eat or shop for groceries, don’t park right in front of the store. Save yourself some gas and the environment by parking at the nearest available spot and walking to the entrance. Use a shopping cart? Walk it back to the store rather than leaving it in the middle of the parking lot. Have trouble sleeping? Take a walk at night, although not right before bed. Avoid lights, computer monitors, TVs, and if you wake up feeling sluggish in the morning it’s because you haven’t been getting good quality sleep. Avoid sleeping with pets, turn off any electronics (PHONE CHARGERS) in the room, and try wearing earplugs. You can get about 2 dozen earplugs from mart for about $3-$4. Get the soft kind. With earplugs you’ll be able to fall asleep and stay asleep because your brain won’t wake up due to noises outside, the a/c turning on and off, and others in your home walking around or flushing the toilet. If you still aren’t getting the sleep you should you might want to consider adding more sun to your daily routine. I’m not asking you to lay out in the sun and get skin cancer but medical experts agree that people who don’t get enough sunlight are more depressed, unsocial, and have more sleeping problems than those who do get their daily dose of sunlight. |

try to maintain a relatively stress-free lifestyle (or at least dont bring the work back home), keep your mind sexually stimulated (its ok to watch porn but not overdoing it or you will feel sian easily). Jogging is a good way to improve overall stamina |
