word of advice about singapore's banking secrecy laws....

due to bank secrecy, all fund transfers are anonymous, meaning you cannot tell who transfered money to your account.

so for those considering transferring money before meeting up ... you have to ask yourself if many people all transfer at same time ... how to tell who transfer what?

no such thing as bros take risk and mei mei risk free ... transfer money first then meet later?
