read somewhere on internet that there're such people in US.. according to the article / forum (i forgotten) thou it's not common, but it's not really rare either..
their common reason of wearing panty is becos of the smooth and soft material of panty (not those g-string or thong), and not becos of any pervert reason.. i think it's ok if u r to spice up ur sex life, and have some fun... but daily wear may sound a bit weird..

I don't like to judge - to each his own. Everyone has his own fetish or things to get high, like hairy armpits, soiled undies, S&M, etc..
