bro, no hotel here is totally discreet. we are living on a tiny island, not like Malaysia. In Malaysia if u wanna b discreet, just drive out of d town tat u r living to d next nearest town n nobody knows u n your gal. Tat is why i always envy my Malaysian bros.

Is there a specific timing to book for transit?
Can I ask for transit in the morning like 9am (for example)??

Agreed with some bros. IMHO, go for 5* for peace of mind if u have the means. With so many hotels opening up for IR, confirm price war in the south. If not mistaken, transit time will be from 10am-6pm.

maybe they'll wayang but they won't rock the boat when it may affect tourism, etc... thats why such wayangs are usually done in specific areas

bro, if those H81 branches are listed here, do you think they will continue to be safe? just stay away from the hotspots and you'll be ok

copthorne orchid hotel is discreet. along bukit timah rd near raffles country club. rooms is at another wing,park ur car below n jst proceed straight to ur room, dun hv to pass through lobby unless check in n check out.
