Qualification For Euro 2012
Only 16 teams would be @ Euro 2012 Finals. Hosts Ukraine & Poland alrdy qualified. The eventual 9 group winners from Group A to Group I will automatically qualify for the finals 2gether. One group runner-up with the best overall record against the teams finishing first, third, fourth, fifth and sixth in their group would also qualfy auto 4 Euro 2012. The remaining 8 group runner-ups will be drawn in a 2-legged play off 2 complete the 16-team line-up. Groups 1 to Group 6 will have results involving the nation which finishes bottom of the group removed 2 determine the best runner-ups. Tis is 2 makes sure all 2nd place teams will be evaluated based upon the 8 matches. Group 1 to Group 6 would hv 6 teams,whereas Group 7 to Grop 9 would only hv 5 teams.
