As a Caucasian guy I have to say I have never yet been turned away from a house. Normally I am hitting L18H44 (PRC) in the day for a lunchtime special (get charged 100 which I think is Ang Mo price) or recently L18H34 Thai (80 bucks which I consider normal price).
