Another shop i tried back in 2009, this shop is close to Kings Club and confirm allow non japanese speaking foreigner.

Prince & Princess.
Paid 35,000 for 105 minutes (FS - allow 2 rounds). I did not get to pick a girl this time as they seem to be quite busy here as well.

According to Shiori, if the customer cannot speak Japanese they won't be allowed in. But there's nothing to lose by going there to try. You have to make sure that they know you understand that sex is not allowed.

I was alone last night in Tokyo and it was really an opportunity for me check out Kabukicho and Senzoku soaplands.

Upon reaching the Fantasy joint, I saw there were like 10 gal photo but I was only offered 5 gals. However I think from there I found out why some shops would turn you away or even if they accept you, they will only let you chose from a handful of gals only. Kings' Club is closed. Now is Y-Fantasy, different place/website/number, some gals remain. Still gaijin-friendly but be warned at times that the guy who picks up the phone may not know any english.
