Just my 2 cents worth.

First, if you want to help him, you got to find out if the feelings he has for her is emotional or just plain physical pleasure.

In my opinion, after visiting WLs/FLs and he insist on being with her, it shows it may not just be plain physical pleasure that got him hooked. Therefore I think what would help him is either:

1) Find him someone he is able to feel emotionally attached to. (This is not easy without him letting go)

2) Instead of telling him what happened when you guys shared her, let him know what happened between her and this new guy. (Because apparently he knows what you guys have done with her but this new guy is an entirely different matter, he has got exclusivity)

3) Do nothing and just let time soothe away the pain, slow but gradually he will move on.

Sorry to say this, some guys no matter how much you try to help him, they
will be the official term we called "carrotheads", no matter how much you tell them, messages will not go into their brains.
