Passed by n saw newly opened spa at Jurong Bowl. Have jacuzzi n food but expensive. Massage 1 hour $98 for member, $128 for non-member. Yet to try.

at basement.
the last time i went balmoral spa was like at least 1 year + back.
dmg is about 88+80

now very hard to find spa with facilities and happy ending... across causeway way cheaper..

Urban Spa at L2 Excelsior has a decent jacuzzi with some food.
no happy ending but you can find it near the spa (you will know when you get there)
