Sorry for the late response to your thread.

We fully agree that Lin does have an attitude problem after all she is just an 18yo Xiao Mei Mei

Not shying away from this fact and the responsibilities towards customers in Sbf.

I've already tried to make up to you once after the incident and twice after you've wrote a review, but had not hear from you yet. Let us know if you will be keen.

After all this we had decided to drop lin as her attitude didn't become better despite giving the chances to her. If you realized, I've already long taken down her thread.

Nevertheless if you decide to boycott or ban us, we willingly accept your decision on this matter.

Last but not least we are really sorry for your bad experience and hope this matter can come to a rest.

I hope the “make up” babynation is referring to is not a discount on next purchase. No point throwing good money after bad ones. The only good way to rescue the reputation is to refund the un-used portion (not the entire fees as already did 1 shot).
