I would say Paikanyai not really suitable for newbies or those with no thai language understanding. Most girls there don't speak any english. You also need to be able to control spending, because although the rule is that 5 trays of LD (1200 baht per tray) means the girl sits with you the whole night, alot will try to canoodle you to spend more then that. Regretted arranging a sessions with some acquaintances a while back because all nv control spending and keep buying more trays, spoil market, and i still got complaints that the place was too expensive...

SENA,VICTORIA,TRENDY,NPCLUB,TSURU is good.
Tanya has many shops that rip off, so it is essential to check the number of cups. The shops you mentioned are relatively safe places.
