Concorde Hotel and its shopping centre is in the process of being sold. Currently owned by Ong Beng Seng who was charged in the Minister Iswaran corruption case. Enjoy this place while it lasts.

I'm not sure about Concorde Hotel but hotels around this area, for example Hotel Grand Central (HGC), Supreme Hotel, Holiday Inn, etc. have been the FL operating grounds for ages due to cheap room rates. I believe many laojiaos can attest to it.
