i think for your case 1 really good one per day shd suffice.

practice discipline and learn how to edge. a really good pcc for an hour beats 3 - 4 times a day.

Those in the late 30s with young kids (<10yo) will likely to be close to zero horniness. Their parenting duties would have drained them out physically and mentally.

It probably refers to the timeline. Some peak in their30's some 40's. During this time they tend to enjoy sex more and want it more often. At least that's how it was for me.

Maybe because of misconception from all the porn I watched, I thought sexual peak for guys is to be able to just do FJ like marathon lasting for 1 hour without ejaculating.
