Was at Parkway Parade at around 1pm, the money changer quoted the rate of RM229 for S100 but when i started to move off, she said RM230 if you change more.

My dear Bro DragonDog,

BKE is bukit timah expressway, it will lead you all the way to Woodlands Checkpoint, show yr passport to our own immigration, pass and the next place you will reach is malaysian CUSTOM whereby you will need to show your passport again but this time round you;ll need to fill in a malaysian immigration card..

BKE stands for Bukit Timah Expressway.
Customs = Singapore Customs on singapore side. Malaysia customs on Johor Bahru. The place where they stamp or check your passport.
