The reason why these VBs are doing it is because many of you are paying them even though they may just be with you for less then 5 minutes! When I encounter such a situation, my reply to them would be that I would pay them tips when I am ready to leave. If they cannot wait, they can always leave now. So long as you are fair to those that spent considerable time with you and tip them accordingly, you will not be black listed.

A tip is a token of appreciation given by the customer and it is not something that you must pay regardless of whether you like to or not. DO NOT spoil these VBs who are already quite spoilt by our generosity.

FYI .. They not only part time @ Mask ... Basically they Part Time everywhere that can make $$$$$ .... From coffee shop to disco to hotels ..... As long as guys willing to pay ....

You will need to get used to their butterflying and understand

i am one of the them who spoilt the vb

sit with me no matter how long, i will still tip the vb $20 if they come and collect. if i like the vb, i will look for them to give tips to them.
infact some vb knows that they dont sit long and will refuse to accept.
important thing is to get phone number for further kc-ing if i like the vb.

I also encountered such things..... I also say the same to them. Even they are angry, I also dun care. If I give, I will be angry with myself and my fren that chiong with me for being a CARROT.

I agree with your view. Why pay when there is no service rendered? Even pouring a cup of beer is service. But, it has come to point where i notice some of them very f up. Never pour beer and hang around 5 min means they also can ask for tips. This is really very strange logic to me....

It is likely to be a case of people spoiling the market liao. But i also think there are a lot of black sheeps among the viet herd. They really think $$ so easy to earn. Spent 5 min at a table = $20. go around 10 tables = $200... Its not even butterflying liao. Gp also need to smoke 10 mins to earn their consultation. Better $$ than becoming a doc. :/

I agree its their right to ask for tips. Quite a few times, i seen gals who would sit at my table for a few mins and they go away for so long until i dunno where they are. Mind you its easily like an hr over. Is it acceptable practice? Once its so long until i go home liao. Dunno whats the status. My pal gotta call me to tell me the gal has returned. :s dunno what to say siah. Thanks for your reply.

If in this case, better ALL leave together...

If really sit for a few mins or so, just tell your fren to tell her, she sit a while and disappear, u become bored and hv left and didnt leave behind any tips

Actually...I think when we go to these pubs, the VBs and Thai dancers always view us as "CARROT"! Other than your VBs experience, the Thai dancers are as F up too! Everytime pressure you to hang flower and buy LDs for them then tell you stories that they need to sell to meet target! Na Bei! If don't buy, they give attitude! F up service in Mask recently! Need to find other places to chiong!

Calling all Bros! Let's try not paying tips and buy flowers and LDs for the girls in Mask for ONE night to show them all that we are not "CARROTS"!!

Why should you give them tips when they merely come in for 5 to 10 mins the disappear? I really dont understand why got such roberts in this world..

You guys are so kind to such gals of course they'll take you as robert. Sit 5 mins also give... no wonder those gals like to treat you guys as roberts and take advantage of you.

Next time your boss give you 10 days pay instead of month pay can or not?

Being kind in such ktv or pub scene is as good as being cruel to yourself. Either you suffer or she suffer.
