Apparently it is closed down now (webbie link died).

HI bros...sorry for the noob's qn, but just wanna be clear

In Soi cowboy bars, do we pay whenever we get ourselves or the ladies a drink or it is a consolidated one at the end?? Sorry for the stupid question, but tot i better get this cleared up. And what is this barfine? The monies u pay to the bar for bringing the girl out? Should abt about 500-600bht rite?

Also, i heard good things about Long Gun... is it the better ones there?

In Soi Cowboy bars the payment system is very complicated. It works like the new EZ-Link deducting system. You'll need to pay a deposit of THB10K first. Whatever drinks and lady drinks you buy will be credited to you first. As for barfine of THB500-600 that's for yourself only. You'll have to pay an additional THB500-600 barfine for your girl.

After you've received your bill at the end of the night. You've to bring the bill to the nearest Carrefour, Tesco Lotus or 7-11 to get back your remaining balance. Remember to do it within 48 hours otherwise your credits will be forfeited.

There's one bar called Short Gun. Regulars include bro etc88, Playman, adidas88 and yours truly.

It is not that I do not want to go and look at the threads, but even using the search option can come up to notch given the extensive pages per thread.
