Pool backline seems very open at times. Keita replacing Milner but not as effective.

I expect Leroy Sane to come on 2nd half replacing Sterling.

That was what I was expecting as I had posted here earlier. Pool won't win!
Totally clueless in midfield, not hoping for much from Hendo n Wini but this Keita was a big disappointment! The front 3 were totally off form. Luckily managed to salvage a point, big THANK YOU to Mahrez.
Pool's defence looked solid tonight.

Good point. Both defences were excellent I thought. City also had an extra day rest and we did look a bit leggy I thought but I think all things considered, gotta be happy with that.

Both teams showed each other a lot of respect, just because you don't score, doesn't mean you haven't played well. Klopp will rotate in these next 4/5 games. You can't blame him for not rotating, end of day we played Chelsea, Napoli, City, we had to play our best team, these are quality sides and they played their strongest XI's too.

That was a very tough schedule in the space of 3 weeks. 8 games. 4 wins, 2 draws and 2 losses, the 2 losses coming in the Carabao Cup and CL group stage. I'll take that all day.

Huddersfield and Cardiff coming up in the league and the back to back against Red Star.

We're in a great position. Well in Redmen. Superb

P.S. Shout out to Lovren, solid game bar the Aguero(pen

) and that pantomime

. Gotta hope our front 3 start firing soon and Keita makes a real impact as well. Could have done with a fit Ox or that 'little wizard' from Brazil though!! Oh and how Fernandinho did not even get a yellow beats me

If that penalty would have gone in, pool will be in 4th or 5 th spot now on the table?

To be joint top with almost a quarter of the season gone is ok, isn't it?

To be there having played 3 out of the de facto top 6, two of them away from home, and still be unbeaten and joint top is ok,isn't it?

To be there without Mane, Salah, & Firmino really dovetailing or firing is ok, isn't it?

To be there without Keita, Fabinho or Shaqiri really having had much impact, or the chance to, is ok isn't it?

To be there after a pretty intense PL & CL run of fixtures over the past month is ok, isn't it?

Shame & pity we haven't the PL wrapped up by mid October, but hey we still have skin very much in the game(albeit very tight between not just 3 but now 5 of the de facto top 6) and that's surely ok, isn't it?

Mai complain lah, Ah Klopp's best defender in the world played 90 mins and yet still clean sheet, so not bad already.

This time its not Lovren is the best, it's Mahrez is the best.

What a boring and disappointing game from both sides, when i expecting goals galore from the match based on last season. Ah Klopp is lucky to get away with a draw agst a Citeh side without their talisman KDB playing. In the end, a draw is a fair result as i see the penalty being given a little dubious.
Still a long way to go in the season so i save my moaning and whining till March or April.
