so far, no real list of recipe and/or chronicle on food that leads to better potency for respective genders. while stats claim that the results of sports & sex seem to produce endorphine & other good stuff in the body.

hypothetically, sex & sports alike involve similiar, if not, more muscle groups (subject to the varied postures/positions). perhaps its safe to say that maintaining a balanced diet + healthy lifestyle....... technically should improve performance in & out of bed.

Bro Bronco and Bro Superchevy, it's called Epimdium Brericornum Plant Extract.

They have it in Extract Powder form. I think Chinatown medical hall should have.
