Yes.... some NSF do get overseas postings.
One of my BMT platoon mates who migrated to Perth when he was 12 yrs old came back to do his NS. Because he grew up in Perth.... he applied to be posted to the RSAF detachment there to serve his NS stint. Surprisingly his application was approved....... but he had to do his BMT in Singapore and then passed vocation training at Mowbray camp and he was posted to the RSAF flying school in Perth to serve out his NS.
Shortly after ORD..... he turned 21 and renounced his SG citizenship.

I think the Singkie Gahmen do look at case by case basis.... as my BMT mate migrated with his parents and lived in Perth as Australian citizen since he was a kid. Because he was born in SG and registered as SG citizen.... he lan lan have to serve his NS obligations even though he intended to give up his SG citizenship which he could not until he was 21. I believed the SAF took this into consideration when posting him back to Perth.

Ya this one quite some time already but is in the city moat area whereby a lot of police check. When there twice and more for "wai lun", only outdoor area quite hot unless go in year end.....I "lun gao" not suitable for this kind of wai lun place

my experience here is wai lun like to find lun gao to lieng as gig so that they can in turn lieng their wai lun childhood sweetheart also, lun gao usually have $ but less time due to family n work, so she will have more time to lieng her wai lun childhood sweetheart with lun gao money
