Excel Tower 5th floor Top Spa has reopened. Been there last Saturday. The safety measures were so so. The damage's about the same but you may negotiate. 11am to 10pm. But check before you go, and at your own risk.

Its in same compound with Regional Bistro Bar. Walk Past to the bar and you will see White Kiss Spa Signboard and direction.
U need to go up via lift to reach to white kiss spa.
