- TheHammers - I was also quoted 1600 bahts from Patts to Bkk as initially I had thought of spending a night in Bkk before my flight.

My way of travelling to Pattaya from Don Muang airport is to ride the free airport shuttle to Bangkok..... take the MTR to Victory Monument and then take a van from there to Pattaya. All in total is less than 200baht.

For return trip from Pattaya to Don Muang would depend on the situation. Normally there would be others going the same way too so I would share transport with them and split the costs. Otherwise I would take the van ride back to Bangkok and then adjourn to Don Muang from there.

I am a budget cheongster so my way is the cheap charlie way.

There is a daytime bar in Jomtien that has Russian dancers. I cannot recall the name of the bar. These Russkies can be taken for ST upstairs. Does anyone have the name of the bar?

I dunno about the Russians in pattaya..... but when I was in Tokyo the fake "Japanese" in kabuki-cho were actually PRC mei meis who dressed and speak fluent Japanese lingo.

The difference between genuine Russian ladies and the imposters is mainly the price. Genuine Russkies dun come cheap. The imposters are usually Eastern Bloc girls such as Romanians, Bosnians, Croats, Serbs, Ubezks, Mongols and even the PRCs sometimes pass themselves off as Russians.

Once I was brought to a brothel in St.Petersburg, the menu on offer was multi-tiered with the local girls commanding a premium. The others were half their price. There were some really cheap ones too at quarter rate but these were mainly the immigrants cum refugees.

Many years ago in KL..... we were offered newly arrived Ang Moh girls by our regular okt. They were a novelty at that time as it was rare to have Ang Moh FLs so we decided to accept the invitation. We went to the hotel location and went up to the room to view the WLs.... KNN... Ptui!!!

These so called Ang Moh WLs were the muslim refugees from Bosnia !

Jomtien has more Russians staying there. There used to b a Russian AGG on Walking Street but last month when I went look-see it has closed down. Anyways not cheap and most Russkies in Asia r Eastern Bloc or Central Asian girls. I guess best way to tell is to ask them take out their passports? But if blond blue eyed SYT I dun care if she's from Russia or Serbia! Then again I come to Thailand drink tom yam soup not borsch!
