I always load up on egg whites. I take 5-6 a day with a yolk but that's me so pls dun follow. I dun buy from supermarkets, I buy direct from egg supplier. I always find more power than those from super market. As i like to my lasses to let me CIM i always ensure i drink plenty of water and watermelon juice to help reduce the ammonia smell.
I also hoot tongkat ali supplement every alternate mth. I buy from sinseh shops. Brands I used are Hurix & another which the box packaging is orange and dark blue. Ppl say over the shelf tongkat ali no use. But I can tell the difference with harder erections.
