Thanks to all bros here for great info. Booked Roseland Corp, went next door to Cherry Linh. There were maybe 30-40 girls and they spilled over from the lobby to the stairs. Consider the 500k is for 90 mins room + bed + shower rental, the owner made alot from that.
Consider the FJ as a 2M lucrative service job u awarded to her when you could have given to any other girls, I am sure she is happy with the deal. You give her tip only if you didn't proceed with the FJ because her earning is only from the FJ or BJ, not from the massage (maybe 10% of that 500K).

A standard motel room rate per hour is max 60k to 100k max. Converting motel property into massage joint like Linh and Cherry, charging 500K for 90 mins room rental & throw in a 100k worth of piano massage is earning alot.
