Quite a few of the hotels in Phuket (and Thailand) have already caught on to this ploy and now insists on the girl's name/ID upon checking in.

Even if you tell them that she's coming later, you don't have her ID etc with you then, they will ask the first girl you bring to do so then....and of course subsequent girls you also bring in...under the pretext of "protecting their guests from problems with any companion in their premises.

Best is just to clarify what exactly is any particular hotel's policy on guests and their charges - if any of course - even before you check in. Huffing and puffing when you get charged extra ain't gonna do you any good after the fact.

Actually i did email a few hotels . Most do allow... but only 1 guest. if u have 2 then u will like pay a joiner fee ard 200-500 depend on hotel....

Just book double (for insurance), no diff in tariff for majority hotels. 2 situations: Hotel security either note or retain her ID. Worse, just register her as accompanying guest (you already paid for the privilege). Only catch is change of guest daily ...like towel or linen change

The place is Patong, Soi Bangla (if you into aggs, beer bars and some discos). If Phuket town is your thing, diff scene with more asian crowd. Let your fingers do the walking, plenty info here and on net

Well I went there last sept and me and my buddies went to their club , Hollywood and we both had 2 very sweet looking girls aged 20-22 who went back with us . Apparently they are students and just happen to be at the club for like part time work/leisure . And they dint really asked us for money only the money for them to go back hotel . But we felt bad so we gave them 1500 baht for them to have a nice meal and trip back to the hotel.
