Change in Hcm. The rate is better. There are a few Goldsmith shop around Ben Thanh market which can change money for you.

Our Mr Director here can reinforced this message on why out of all the Asian cuntries we visited why we said Wetnam immigration officers have the most fark-tup attitudes

Remember 2 weeks ago when we met at the airpork, and another one SBF kaki that was with me told you that the only time and reason that the officer was ever nice to him was becos he wanted $$$$

Thats the whole idea mah, lock me up for life

You never add......you need somebody to help change for you first in HCM then you change with that person........

nope wrong perception...all wear same color except the rank on the collar diff,...so if you see a star then very big...

if room have ger (s) then jialat lol...either go police station or just pay bribe on the spot...dun ask me how much...really depends how many Police officers...also if the hotel registers recorded...oh if can produce wedding cert then nothing wrong...
