Think its around this price if you opt for hotel standard. Think my previous FR for Hanoi Hotel massage was:

Massage: 580k
HJ: 400k

But the good thing is that you can enjoy unlimited time in Jacuzzi, hot steam bath before proceeding to massage. And you can continue to Jacuzzi even after the massage. Also there is a resting place where you can lie down in a comfortable chair (almost like business class seat) and watch TV. Not sure if Nikko hotel is providing the same services.

Based on my limited experience, good massage and hj do not come in pair. (this is just my opinion, i could be wrong) if you wish to release, just go to a cheap joint. think i just posted a FR and the place is very near your hotel, total cost is entrance charges 200k, HJ 300k but im sure it can be bargained down lower.
