Finally went to the place after so long..
Called the boss, see if anyone is available.. and the answer was YES..

Arrived the place and was greeted by the boss and the ML...

Cut story short.. (cos lazy to type so much.. so long get to the FR.. I think that's what most of you want right..?)

ML - ***
Looks - 6.5/10 (not ugly but so-so only..)
Boobs - 7/10
Massage - 7.5/10 (confirm not piano type and also not those HARD kind..)
Mosha - 8/10 (Will spent more attention at your didi area..)
Service - 7.5/10
Overall - 7/10
RTF? - Will be back.. maybe try new blood..

Heard so much about service standard drop.. But to me.. its like the same or getting better leh.. Maybe i go there so often last time till boss will give special instructions to ML.. hmmm.. who knows..

I am kinda giving the place a miss after hearing so much from the gals on how the ex-PRC lady boss has been mistreating them.

Some of the gals have their freedom controlled by housing them in the shop and not being allowed to go out. Apparently they cannot rent their own accommodation outside. They are given little or no off-days, and on the rare off-days, have to return to the shop by 8pm. The gals have to standby 24hrs a day, meaning they can only snatch a couple of hours of sleep in between customers. Worse still the lady boss often short change them on their dues.

I don't feel like supporting a shop like that.

Tried out this place yesterday... a short report as promised to TS.

The pros...
> discreet location with ample parking.
> friendly staffs with seamless registration and payment.
> the masseuse was hardworking and no discussion of $$$ before "the act"... just a simple question; "做服务吗?" and a nod of the head.
> the massage was good and time seem to fly so fast.
> the teasing was one of the best i have encountered.

The cons...
> place a tad messy and rundown.
> my room has no attached shower.
> my masseuse was not much of a looker... realized only after "the act".

$75 for 90 mins... standard rates apply for "the act".
