go to Lan Kuai Fong, not the exact lane, but find some other clubs like Beijing, Magnum or Billion, great for sight seeing and hunting as well...

Yes, quite a few does in the "you/jian/wang" area. Just need to ask the reception before hand.
And from personal experience, after 1-2am they would generally ask you if you would like to overnight. (perhaps for a bit more $?)

There are two 141 buildings you can visit on Lockhart Road. Both are within a few minutes walk of each other.

Hop Yee is around 400 Lockhart Road in Causeway Bay section of HK Island, two doors to the right of the busy 7-11 store, directly across the street from the 24 hr McDonalds. There is no sign that indicates it is the Hop Yee building.

Fuji is at 381-383 Lockhart road.

BTW. If the light is not lit outside the door. Please do not knock on the door or ring the bell. The girl might be sleeping.
