I am a victim of circumstances. I have my weekends all fiiled up and the only opportune time travel "overeseas" to Danok is within the Monday-Tuesday-Wednesday bandwidth, paiseh...can not accomodate your ventures into Danok,as you travel there like most of our brothers, on a Friday-Saturday-Sunday bandwidth, so boh pian loh....maybe one day circumstances could be kinder to me

I have 1 question. If I take flight to Alor Setar airport. Do u all know whether there is any transport that can go to Danok? If yes, can I know roughly how much it will cost and how long is the journey?

Alor Star is just 36 Km [highway point-to-point] away from Bukit Kayu Hitam and Danok over the border. Should not be a problem to get taxis, you even try walking there or run there [shorter distance than marathorn]

take taxi from alor star airport to danok will cost you around RM50 only...

U can get the taxis at the counter with the price of RM55. You may also stand at the counter for while to look for sharing of the taxis fare with other passengers i.e. go to Kayu Hitam.......
The Journey is around 30-45 minutes depend on the driver.
