Tickets will get cheaper as oil price falls, but price will increase if you take the almost bankrupt silk air or scoot air loh

At poker table, if few players collaborate with each other, it's easy to sandwich an opponent. Play for fun is OK but not for real.

Collaborate is of no use if got lousy hole cards. Most of the time, collaborators could do is raise n raise and a final all in to force the person in the game to fold.

If the person has the money, it will be a show down and cards open and the team dies.

Some player likes this kind of team on the table as winnings is huge knowing most of the time they are bluffing.

About two-thirds of all the hostess bars are now quietly open, so that's about 90 bars to choose from! Some bars have lots of girls, almost back to their full strength. As a previous poster pointed out, it's currently a buyers market so you can negotiate some good prices. Also some girls that wouldn't normally go out with guys are now offering to barfine.There seems to be more ladyboys than normal wandering the streets, especially around the main street 136 junction with street 5.

I have four bars on street 130, and we have two of them discreetly open. Its generally been quite busy and we’ve had some fun nights. Most of our girls are now back from their province. The customers are almost all expats, plus a few tourists stuck here because of lack of flights and closed land borders.

Been to street 136 & notice few pubs have resume business discreetly. I guess the police patrol have slacken, or close one-eye to the situation. I notice more police on the road catching motorist who dont put on their seat belt, dont wear helmet, good regulation.

Back to pub scene ... no music, no lighting, just plain daylight florescent tube couldnt drink past 1 mug & already want to leave the place. There is no chiobu at those discreetly operated pub, being investigative ... interview one of the girls & got some info. Those chiobu are now being kept by their regular client, maybe lelong price for monthly subscription whatever the case, despite often patrolling, chiobu is not seen anywhere in pub, unlike the situation before Covid pandemic, you still can find gem in those pub, just have to walk harder around the area.

From Phnom Penh post, 27 May 2020, regarding foreigners travelling to cambodia

Two new Covid-19 cases were recently found on May 21 and 22. One person travelled from the Philippines and one more from New York City, US. The two cases bring the total to 124.

The new cases were found a day after the government declared it would lift a ban on passengers from the US, France, Italy, Iran, Spain and Germany.

The Ministry of Health maintains that foreign travellers are allowed to enter Cambodia with a health certificate and must have at least $50,000 in health insurance. Travellers will be tested and must wait for the results from Institut Pasteur du Cambodge (IPC).

The ministry said if one or more passengers are found to be infected with Covid-19, all passengers must be sent into quarantine at a location designated by the Inter-Ministerial Committee to fight against Covid-19.

If all the passengers obtain negative laboratory results, they will be allowed to practice social distancing at home.

Health ministry secretary of state York Sambath confirmed that from May 20, nearly 1,000 passengers, including Cambodians and foreigners arrived in the Kingdom by plane.

She said in June, Cambodians, especially students, will be able to return to the country and the Ministry of Health and Phnom Penh Municipal Hall will need to set up additional schools as quarantine centres.

So technically those bars are open but they no disco light and music? Like you can order drinks and stuff? And how's the crowd? Did number of customers reduce?

I am the only customer in the pub, 6pm. All the 7 ladies in the pub crowd around me, felt like i am the meat, ready to be swallow by the pack. Pub serve beer & peanuts, nothing special. As for the vibe, it is bad. Pub without music & lighting, you say lar. I rather drink in the house, put on my ipod.

You know why they don't on any music/lighting? Is it related to some loophole to avoid getting in trouble with police since they not supposed to open yet.
