Just wanted to share with my experience after looking at how different bros hunt.
TF has always been my hunting app where there are FL and normal girls. For the most recent trip, I actually met a normal girl and regretted it. She just finished work and was excited to meet me. Took a grab all the way to meet her near her home near Ram uni. I was bored out of my mind and wished it ends asap, i alr know im not gonna get any action as she brought her dog down and was hugging and kissing it. Paid for dinner and I made up some excuse that I had to get early for work then left.
Given that I am only in bkk 4 days at a time for business, made more sense for me to get FL. Called my usual FL i knew from my previous trip and had her for 2 nights. Weird part is after our last night, she somehow deleted my line contact and couldn't contact her when i'm back in sg. She had enough gfe to be my regular FL as I am lazy to engage others and be disappointed. The most sian part is i have to hunt all over again for my next bkk trip.
Hunting for normal girls take some level of effort and money for a probability. Nonetheless, it's interesting to try different methods.

i also had an FL like this, but she didnt delete me. Just ignored me until her bf is not beside her. Told me her bf is super possessive and wanted her to delete all her Line contacts. The bf would also emotionally abuse her often.

It could be or someone offered her enough to keep her. I dont want to guess the reasons as life is too short to ponder. Glad it ended before any feelings are caught. Looks like it's back to the square one.
all in all i think different variables involved. like example u pick up the girls in huaikhwang so many chinese nationals there and the girls there want chinaman money so wechat more than other places. u go rangsit then all line lor.
ultimately yes line is still the mostly used app, but wechat is catching up in trend we cannot deny that.
increasing chinese influence. not just from china , but malaysian chinese and even singaporeans also use wechat.
most of them have wechat bcoz have been go work at MY/SG
