How to up power yah? I know points can be awarded but how does the power gets increased?

I believe I was unfairly zapped because I raised a very relevant issue on visiting hotel that enforces registering.

i took care to not name the stable but i had my posts deleted and my reputation points zapped. don't think this is fair when it's a very legitimate concern.. is this forums for OKT or users?
