Annie (SLG) is probably the most polarising ML currently in the market, with just as many critics and fans on both sides. My experience with Annie was pretty good. What I like is her willingness to take feedback from customers and improve on her service. She was constantly asking about my experience with other MLs but it did not bother me one bit as it didn’t disrupt the flow of the session. A very hardworking, lovely, and genuine girl she is, IMO, so I must say the scathingly negative FRs came as a shocker to me, haha.
She’s a definite RTM on my list.
