Xi has announced RMB will be floated into global exchange currency forex market in 5 years and plus announced new hub for loan in RMB settlement centres like Singapore n Taiwan in addition to London n hk so RMB are high in demand lol so RMB will strengthen amongst other major currencies!!!

By right those indian money changer should have a better rate than the long q chinese money changer. I ask those queuing at the long q why they q when other money changer offer same rate or slightly higher. Mostly those china people said this money changer is chinese and can speak chinese and worry other indian money changer communication barrier or would con them. If u can speak english, dun bother to go n q, totally waste of time and rate is the same or worst still lower than those indian money changer. Dun believe, ask around or slight bargain with the indian money changer to have a better rate and not to waste ur time q-ing.

yah bro... they only willing to give better rate when changing 4k above.. thats why i always gather my bros to change together ... although exchange rate not much difference but its a matter of principle...

Not true bro, usually i change 1-2K only. If i happen to go Chinatown, sometimes i change at the indian money changer (inside the entrance) same row as the long q chinese money changer, i told the indian that i want to change S$500. He will quote slightly lower or same as the chinese changer. After i say that side eg. 5 then he said ok 5. Then i say i change more u increase a bit lah, Usually he will increase a bit more (well, enough for me to cover my parking or have a bowl of porridge at Chang Cheng. Wahahha.
