According to Sg law, if you receive any obscene materials via internet, you are passive; you don't forward/upload, just delete it then you are fine. But if you foward/upload, then you might in trouble.

Dear Bro DNAT,

I understand what you mean and agree. I for one, never believe hearsay. Even if I were to discuss a rumour with friends, I will always reiterate that what I am saying is only an rumour and not a fact.

However, I am amaze at the number of people here who believes what is being told and then go around spreading it as if it is a fact. Stories like NYP wants to expel her or that she has already been expel or that the couple were engaging in anal sex are examples.

I know this is a forum and everyone is entitle to their own views but seriously, the circulation of the vid and exposure of her is already bad enough. We should rub salt into the wound by saying other untruths about her. Just my humble opinion. No hard feelings.
