So it’s a matter of experiencing it, evaluate if you can accept the flaws that comes with the overall package. If you like the girl and her offering enough you would overlook some aspects.
Exactly how I feel. My 2 sessions with Ai La were nice and pleasant, and I managed to build up a nice chemistry and rapport with her, despite the apparent flaws in her service execution.
I rarely RTM a ML more than 2 times, as I like to spread my options and try out something new every now and then, so those sessions that left a good impression on me will more or less be my opinion of them, unless I experience something totally different or a bit off on the subsequent session(s).

Sorry to hear you had a sub-par experience with her, and nothing irks me more than going through one-handed massages or constant looking of the mobile phone during the session.
My session with her was different from what you went through, and it was pretty okay throughout.
This again reinforces the "YMMV" portion, with several factors coming into play of what you're gonna get.

With all due respect bro,it's high time we stop using "chemistry" to let off these MLs when it's pertaining BASIC service level. Let's not forget they are in the SERVICE line and we freaking pay a hefty sum for the services.
If you go to a restaurant and eat an expensive meal and you give some feedback (NOT CRITICISM) to the chef yet his reply to you is
"Not happy with the meal feel free to go other restaurants next time"
Will you tell yourself is because the chef has a lack of chemistry with you and you feel nothing? And you are a regular patron somemore. Likely most people will share the not so pleasant experience on social media, just to let others know this chef is capable of such unprofessional behavior.
That is exactly my purpose, not to ruin anyone ricebowl but to let other bros know so that they can manage their expectations or decide if they want to spend their hard earn $$ on a ML capable of this type of behavior.
"Chemistry" to determine the off menu items etc, fine, I can understand. But basic service level including what a service provider should / should not be saying to customers? That has NOTHING to do with chemistry imho.
We really ought to stop using this "chemistry" excuse to give too many ML a free pass. They are SERVICE PROVIDERS, so they should freaking make sure they meet basic service standards, i don't care if they are hot property, APs or whatever.
But to tell a regular customer that he can go look for other girls if not happy with her when all I did was to give her some friendly feedback? That to me is totally uncalled for and lack "professionalism" imho.
If you don't mind me asking, did the conversation take place during your session or through SMS/WeChat?

agreed. Chemistry takes the experience to a different level or in some cases additional services. It is not required for a basic level of service.

I've patronized Ai La a couple of times. From my conversation with her, i feel she's a laid back character...someone who's not competitive. However, i still enjoy my time with her. She's polite during my visits and never got any attitude issue from her.
It was hard to make an appt with her initially but she did reply whenever i tried to make an appt with her. now its easier since i'm on her customer list.
with the wind blowing strongly these days, it makes sense for the ladies to be cautious and take only existing customers until the wind subsides.
not a white knight protecting her but just sharing my humble view

Agree with you from head to toe!
Doesn't take alot to understand this, but sadly many bros here don't seem to comprehend such a simple logic

chemistry is something intangible, associated with complex emotional or psychological interaction between you and the ML. Which also explains why sometimes having an intimate bonding with them allows us to go beyond the listed menu even without additional monetary compensation.
