Damage is Ok if you take beer package. gers on butterfly and tips is like $50 0r $60 into bill. For why not, its a bit roudy and if you like VC and Thai, its a good place. Heard atlantis management told the gers even after kena raid, must go to work next day or get RM1k penalty.... I think the management there sux cos they treat the gers there like crap. After the first highly publicised raid, was followed by another just a few days later... not safe at all dude...

As for Why Not, too many bad experiences, the gers cannot this, cannot that, want u to book them out... damn con job leh.

nowdays .. is not a matter of customer take drugs only they will make trouble for u.. seems nowdays if u go to a ktv with foreign stocks.. tehy will get all customers to go bacjk to station.. then ask u to call ur family member to bail u.. no need cash.. but moreto embaress u.. so u will think twice b4 going to similar joints

atlantis.. there is a diff angle to look at it...
we usually like to sympathise with the gals.. but if u work in ktv.. u will knoe all these gals damn hard to handle.. so the only way to penalise them is money n u will have to coerce them into compliance...

atlantis is so successful bcause.. they can control the gals.. meaniong.. no matter what time u turn up.. windy or not.. the will manage to keep u happy... cause the gals r alwyas near the ktv.. and always contactable..

gals need to be on time.. if they r not.. then they will have to wait outside the ktv to be called.. if got loads of customers or their regulars ask for them.. if they miss HH.. they will be penalise rm450.. if miss night another rm450.. last time they used to be able to take MC.. but now very strict...

but one thing u gotta hand it to the management... unlike otehr operators.. where if they hear got wind.. they will just get the gals out.. and get them to wait at makan stalls etc.. here.. they have hotel room to store them while awaiting customers... their captains n boys.. evacuate the gals.. efficiently like drill etc.. the will try to make their pressence felt at minimum to hotel guest etc.. so less complaints from public...

my personal opininon.. they r one of the best managed ktv in KL...

some otehr rules they impose on gals to gip customers teh best experience..
1. no answewrring of calls in customers' room.. consficate phone for a week..even sim card...

2. no gambling etc in gals room while waiting for cusomers..

Yeah, not so efficient, last raid more than 30 gers kena caught, including 11 undergoing interview... MIB now conduct lightning raid bringing in cops from outstation so the KTV go no warning from their frenz. My friend, a relative of very prominent tycoon, call Bukit Aman also cannot get out, but got VIP treatment at Balai Polis lorr.. Second raid, only 4 kena, but all staff also got hauled in.. The 2 GM's there are also male PRC, very rude at Police Station, threaten to call China Embassy... my fren at the embassy say if he receive this call from this kind of person, sure deport to China and do someting to them becos embarass the country.

Anyway, like I said, there are two ways to look at it... u are looking at at efficiency of the business, I am saying that people are human too... this includes WL's, and therefore, should not be exploited. The Atlantis management takes advantage of the fact that these are foreigners who have already paid lots of money upfront, so have to work, whatever the condition, to make up their 'debt'. They try this with locals, it will never work, cos they will tell the management to go fark themselves.

KTV gers respond to good treatment also, look at all the local KTV's and the relationships between the YTF's and NL's and their mummy and daddy's. I never support exploitation, and this is definitely one case of blatant exploitation.

heheheheh... from day one.. we knoe.. if police want to mess u up.. u sure kenot run one.. but the way they operate... they gip face to police ma.. so .. they didnt kena for long time..

well.. we think its bad at atlantis... but take a look at AVA.. even worst.. the gals have to get booked a min of i belive 2 x 4 hrs in a week or they will be penalised... some of them which dun get booked.. at the end of the week finds out taht they owe mgmt money... *sigh*
this is really to exploit them... cause.. if u not beautiful enuff.. u will have to do extras.. cause.. only if customers chu jie with u .. u will get the bookings.. this is sumthing like prostituition.. but u can always dun work there....

sum in seremban actually collects protection money.. even if u dun get tables.. too bad.. one day at 7pm sharp.. money is due.. RM50 a day!!

in china.. most ktv.. do charge gal entrance fee.. i think even those high end ktv in hotel appolo does that right???

end of the day.. i dun think the mgmt want the MIB to raid n lock up th egals.. they will be in trouble too.. n actually .. did u knoe that.. tips for gals.. writen in bills or bookings... is shared right?? but atlantis goes further.. the gals portion is taxed another 10% .. saved up as police fund and used to bail the gals out.....

i guess at least .. they tot about everything.....

i dun like the sound of it.. i knoe a lot of prc gals wroking in ktv here.. i sympathise with them.... at the end.. i guess... if u eat salted fish.....

what happens is.. will be paid a minimum salary of lets say rm 8k per mth.. even if tehy dun get anycustomers.. tehy will however need to be punctual.. n work min 25 day a mth.. n do what ever the mommy ask of them.. i think if u offer the same to the prc.. heheheh they will also do it..

u gotta sympathise with the ktv operators sumtimes.. no gals.. no customers.. no customers.. no gals.. chicken n egg situation...

Beer.. cheapest in KL..
HH beer package RM 88 for 3 jugs.. sapphire club (MAA), RM 99 for 3 jugs at Crown... Emico is RM 300 for 6 jugs...

i think most of time its around RM 40 to RM 55 per jug.. considering THai Bar is serving 2 jugs at RM 50.. its expensive.. but if u go to pubs with PRs.. its almost the same.. around RM50 per jug.
