Anyone experienced this? This is basically my love life. But like what some bros said here, it's the perspective you adopt that counts. We're only here for about 3/4 of a century before we die. Life is precious. Why not make the best out of it and not sit down and feel sorry for ourselves?

I agree totally with you, this kind of thing alway happen to me. Some girl i don like, treat them like none, then they treat me ve nice, alway there for me. But some i try all ways and all means to get them, please them but they never like me. Haiz, life is a suffering. We born to suffer. I also want true love but it is really hard to have in today world. this dynamic, realistic, practical world, May be true love on exist for those couple in their secondary school days cos those are pure love... Sad

aiyah, you all don't be so choosy can or not. Just find someone that you are comfortable with and start to date each other. As long as you don't have the "the more you see, the more you feel disgusted" kind of feeling can already liao. And don't keep judging the other party in your heart. Always keep an open mind. But once u date, you must keep the momentum going. If you keep thinking of "Is he/she the one?" or you keep finding fault with the person, always judging that person against your Mr/Miss perfect, then you will be very miserable and I guarantee your relationship won't last long one.
And once you date, you and your partner must work towards both your future. That is to get married and start a family. That must be you and your partner common goal. With that, even if your views something different from your partner, your will sort it out and try to resolve the difference.
Once your get to know each other and sort out the differences, then true love will slowly develop.

True love is the wanting to develop a bond with your partner. This goes the same for your partner. Once your sense this wanting to bond with each other, true love will come naturally. When you love your partner, you love him/her for who they are, and not what they are.

Many people try very hard in their lives to find their "true love". Actually true love is all around us. It is whether you want to open your heart to others and whether you want to understand the other person heart or not.

On good days, i see it that way. On my not so good days, I see it as owing the person from a previous life. Guess its similar to the perception on whether the glass is half full or empty.

As Singaporeans, I guess we are used to this. We "pre-pay" all sorts of things; CashCard, TransitLink Card, Phone cards, Car Park labels, parking coupons, etc...
Now, "pre-paid Love" is new to me, but I kinda like the concept though, quite seriously. (and I am not talking about a pre-paid BonkCard here)
The world would look very different from this perspective?
