May i know whether is there a chance we send a PM to another user but his PM storage is full and he does not receive it. In that case, do we receive a notification or anything?

i dont really understand what you are asking..
anyway.... if you are asking if you will get a message informing that the other party pm box is full then i think the answer is yes. if you are asking whether it is still possible to Pm the other party if his pm is full then it is a No. if you are asking on how to get a acknowlegement note after you have sent a PM. if you want to get a acknowledgement note.. you need to tick on the 'Request a read receipt for this message' box under Miscellaneous Options Quote:

What happened to my mailbox limit? I was having a 256 mailbox capacity but overnight became 10? Inbox contains 174 messages. You have 218 messages stored, of a total 10 allowed. (Empty Folder) Please advise. Regards, friendster

that is why your PM has been reduced. you have either been zapped to negative zone or place under moderation by sam. Quote:
