The music outside the door is pretty audible, and the tempo is high. As i open the door, i can see my mom doing some yoga following the instruction on the tv
First she is in this position stretching her back  Next she went into a push up position like this and move her leg left and right  next she does this to stretch her back  i tot she gonna end her exercise before she goes into this crazy position  the raising her leg up  then making a T  Since when she became so flexible i thought.
